Fixed-Rate Investment Terms: TGEMEP
The TGEMEP offers a fixed interest rate of 25% paid quarterly throughout the three-year investment term. Interest payments will be disbursed at the end of each three-month period, calculated from the initial investment date.
Taxation
Basic rate income tax (rate to be disclosed prior to distribution) will be automatically deducted from each interest payment and deposited directly to the investor’s account.
Investment Parameters
- Minimum investment: $200,000 USD
- Additional investments: Available in $50,000 USD increments
- Term: Three-year initial fixed term

Redemption Terms
Investors may redeem their principal investment:
- At the conclusion of the three-year term
- On any subsequent anniversary of the maturity date
- Six months' written notice is required for all redemption requests
- Operations in politically stable regions
- Responsible business practices
Subject to the TGEMEP owner’s right to repay the investment at any time, investors may elect to maintain their investment beyond the initial three-year fixed term and continue receiving quarterly interest payments at the 25% rate.
Upon redemption, investors will receive their full principal investment plus any accrued but unpaid interest.

The proceeds of the AMEP will be used to provide the capital to continue mining operation as well as to fund the exportation and transport cost herein incuured, and essentially for the business to expand internationally.
The business has achieved substantial growth over the past five years. The aim with the AMEP is to enable the investors within the community to benefit from the future growth of the business as well as to create a solid partnership to achieve growth plan.

Anyone can apply to be a part of the project, but preference will be given to those who are part of the AMEP community. Applications from SIPPS, companies, charities and trusts will also be considered.
The gross rate of return is fixed at 25% per annum for the duration of the investment, which gives the investees a rate of return which is currently significantly better than that which can be earned by leaving cash on deposit with the USA high street banks.
No. AMEP investment is not transferable and cannot be sold or traded. Investment may only be redeemed by the original investor.
All investors will, on an annual basis, receive a copy of the consolidated AMEP accounts when they are filed at Companies House.
