Jumbo Mining Area Mazowe
This is a 32-metre vertical shaft and 14-metre horizontal shaft from the vertical shaft.
All along, we were following veins that have been pointing us to the belt, and as we speak, we are following the belt, and we are with veins that are flowing towards the reef
We are mining in a blue stone shaft. Currently working with a staff complement of 50 men

What we did for Mining
Mazowe’s gold deposits are primarily situated within the Zimbabwe Craton, one of Africa’s oldest and most prolific gold-bearing geological formations. The area features:
- Archaean greenstone belt formations typical of many world-class gold deposits
- Multiple shear zone-hosted quartz vein systems with high-grade mineralization
- Extensive hydrothermal alteration zones indicating significant gold emplacement
- Both narrow high-grade veins and broader disseminated gold mineralization styles

The gold mineralization is predominantly associated with arsenopyrite, pyrite, and chalcopyrite within quartz veins and adjacent wall rocks. These deposits typically occur along structural features such as faults, shear zones, and fold axes that served as conduits for gold-bearing fluids.
